Thermogenic foods, a tool to assist your weight loss

Thermogenic foods are those that when passing through the digestion process generates a higher power consumption, because its properties, and therefore accelerate the metabolism and increase the temperature of the body, facilitating the burning of fats.


To lose weight in a healthy way, there is nothing more thermogenic than physical activity. - Cold water : when consuming cold water, the body requires more energy to raise the internal temperature to 37 ° C, and with this "spend" more calories. We recommend a minimum of 8 glasses a day of water temperature below 16ºC

- Soya : the grain contains lysine and arginine, substances that stimulate the production of glucagon which has a thermal action. 3 tablespoons per day are sufficient.
